  This is my 3rd time I have used them. First time was great. It was a 1 day turnaround, the rim looked virtually brand new. 2nd time took 1 week to get the rim done. Rim looked good, but not as good as the first time. I was still ok with them. This time, I had a 18" rim instead of a 20" to fix. The first issue was when I picked up my wheel is they didnt repaint. I asked why. They told me it was hard to match. They didnt fix the small bend on the outside lip. It looked better, but was still noticable. I asked why. They didnt want to take off the paint because they couldnt match it.
  Meanwhile the weld on the inside lip was fixed and sanded smooth so that part of the wheel was silver while the rest of the rim was gunmetal grey. There were patches of silver on the rim where you it was mounted on the car and you looked through the spokes, you will see lots of silver then gunmetal grey.
  
  They claimed to be able to custom color your wheels and they have a computerized paint mixing system. When I called them back on that, the excuse was, thats only for OEM colors on cars! I couldnt believe my ears.
  I dropped it off to repair again on Friday and now its monday and they still are working on it.
  
  Im very dissappointed on my 3rd time there. Looks like there was a temporary manager there and some new people from the last 2 times. I dont know if I would recommend them anymore. Good luck if you go.
